Make the failure reproducible with a non-sensitive test credential and the smallest request that still fails. Compare the request’s input descriptor and claim paths with the credential metadata, then record wallet and verifier versions, flow type, timestamps, and a correlation or transaction ID if it is safe to share. Redact presentation tokens and personal attributes. If the mismatch appears verifier-specific, file it in that verifier’s issue tracker with the sanitized reproduction rather than posting credential material publicly.
